Anse Source d’Argent is widely considered one of the most beautiful and photographed beaches in the world. Located on the southwest coast of La Digue island in the Seychelles, it is famous for its dramatic, weathered granite boulders that line the shore, creating a surreal and picturesque landscape. The beach features shallow, turquoise waters protected by a coral reef, making it ideal for wading and snorkeling, though the water level is highly dependent on the tides.

To reach the beach, visitors must pass through the L'Union Estate. There is an entrance fee of approximately 150 SCR (Seychellois Rupees) per person, which grants access to the estate's grounds and the beach for the day. The beach is best visited during mid-tide for the best swimming conditions and photography lighting. It can become crowded during peak hours, so early morning or late afternoon visits are recommended.
