Overview
Una Pizza Napoletana is the sixth iteration of Anthony Mangieri’s world-renowned pizzeria. Located in New York’s Lower East Side, the restaurant is famous for its obsessive focus on naturally-leavened, wood-fired pizzas. Mangieri, a pioneer of Neapolitan-style pizza in the U.S., personally works the dough by hand and bakes only three pizzas at a time. The restaurant has been ranked as the #1 pizzeria in the world by 50 Top Pizza in 2022, 2024, and 2025.
Reservations & Hours
The restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday starting at 5:00 PM until the dough runs out. Due to the limited nature of the hand-made dough, reservations are highly recommended and often fill up weeks in advance. Reservations can be made via Resy or OpenTable. Starting in 2026, the restaurant plans to move to a reservation-only model to combat bots and resellers.
