Some posts open Facebook’s own sharing panel first. Tap More there to open the full iPhone share sheet.

Send a Facebook Reel or post straight to Tote, add it to a list if you like, and come back to the useful details whenever you need them.
Step by step
Save a Facebook find
Share usually opens the iPhone share sheet directly. If Facebook shows its own sharing panel first, tap More.

Open a post or Reel
In Facebook, open the post, video, or Reel you want to keep in Tote.

Tap Share
Tap Facebook’s Share button beside the post or at the bottom of the video.

Choose Tote
When the iPhone share sheet opens, tap Tote in the row of apps.

Add it to a list
Choose a list while Tote saves the post, or leave it in Recent and organize it later.

Open it in Tote
Open the save in Tote to see the source and the useful details pulled from the post.

Find it later
Use Search whenever you want to find the recipe, video, or post again.
If you get stuck
Quick fixes
Most problems are solved by opening the full iPhone share sheet or adding Tote to your iPhone Favorites.
Tote is not in the app row
Tap More in the iPhone share sheet and add Tote to Favorites. The setup guide below shows the one-time steps.
The save is still processing
Give Tote a moment to collect the useful details, then check Recent. You can keep using Facebook while it finishes.
Your Facebook find is ready
Tote keeps the source and pulls out useful details—like ingredients and instructions from a recipe—so you can find them later.
