Tote is not in Suggestions
Open the Tote app once, return to the app you were sharing from, and open the share sheet again.

Set up Share to Tote
Pin Tote to your iPhone share sheet once, then save from Safari, Instagram, TikTok, Photos, and other apps in a tap. The video walks through the complete setup.
Step by step
Add Tote to Favorites
You can start from the Share button in any iPhone app. The labels may vary slightly by iOS version.

Install and open Tote
Make sure Tote is installed, then open it once so your iPhone can include it in the share sheet.

Open the share sheet
Open any post, page, link, or photo you want to save and tap the Share button.

Open the full app list
Swipe across the row of app icons and tap More to see every app available for sharing.

Edit your favorites
Tap Edit, find Tote under Suggestions, then tap the green plus button to add it to Favorites.

Move Tote near the top
Use the drag handle beside Tote to move it near the top of your Favorites, then tap the checkmark or Done to save.

Share to Tote
The next time you tap Share, choose Tote from the app row. You only need to complete the setup once.
If you get stuck
Quick fixes
Most setup issues come from Tote not having been opened yet or from its position in the Favorites list.
The buttons look a little different
Apple occasionally changes the share sheet layout. Look for More, Edit, or a checkmark—the setup is the same.
Tote is too far down the row
Open More, tap Edit, and drag Tote higher in Favorites so it stays within easy reach.
Tote is now one tap away
Open a post, page, or photo, tap Share, then choose Tote. Your save will continue processing while you move on.
